አመራሮች በተገኙበት ተካሂዷል፡፡ የድርጅቱ የስርዓተ ፆታ እና ሜይንስትሪሚንግ የስራ ሂደት ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ እታገኝ ተካልኝ ባቀረቡት ሪፖርት እንደገለፁት የኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ አገልግሎት ድርጅት የሴት ሰራተኞች እና የሴት አመራሮች በሚል የተቋቋመውን ፎረም መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ለማጽደቅ እና ስልጠና ለመስጠት ፕሮግራሙ እንደተዘጋጀ ገልጸዋል፡፡ የስራ ሂደቱ የሴት ሰራተኞች ተጠቃሚነትን እና ክህሎት ለማሣደግ የተለያዩ የትምህርት እድሎችና ስልጠናዎችን በማመቻቸት እየሰራ ይገኛል፤ በዚህም በርካታ ሴት ሰራተኞች ነጻ የትምህርት እድል እንዲያገኙ እንዲሁም የተለያዩ አቅም ገንቢ ስልጠናዎች አንዲሰጣቸው መደረጉ ተገልጿል፡፡ የስራሂደቱ በማህበራዊ ድጋፍ ዘርፉም ለተማሪዎች የመማሪያ ቁሳቁስ ድርጅቱ በሚገኝበት ወረዳ ለሚገኝ ትምህርት ቤቶች እርዳታ ማድረጉ፣ የችግኝ ተከላ ስራም በየዓመቱ አስፈላጊው እንክብካቤ እየተካሄደ መሆኑ ማብራሪያ ተሰጥቷል፡፡ ዘንድሮ ማርች 8 በድርጅቱ ዋና/መ/ቤት የሚገኙ ሰራተኞች በተገኙበት በኒያ ፋውንዴሽን የኦቲዝም የአዕምሮ ዝግመት ማገገሚያ ማዕከል ችግሩ ካለባቸው ህፃናት ጋር በመሆን የተከበረ ሲሆን የገንዘብ እርዳታ መካሄዱና፣ የተለያዩ ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጪያ ብሮሸሮች ታትመው መሰራጨታቸውን ተገልጿል፡፡ ኤች አይቪ ኤድስን በተመለከተም በአቻ ለአቻ ስልጠናና በፈቃደኝነት ላይ የተመሰረተ የኤች አይቪ ኤድስ ምርመራ በዋናው መስሪያ ቤት ተደርጓል፡፡ በውይይቱ ከዚህ ቀደም በነበረው የሴቶች ፎረም ስብሰባ ለተመሩጠ አባላት የስራ ድልድል ተሰጥቷል፡፡ የፓስፖርት እደላው በተሳካ መልኩ እየተካሄደ ነው የኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ አገልግሎት ድርጅት ከኢሚግሬሽንና የዜግነት ጉዳዮች መምሪያ ጋር የውል ስምምነት በማድረግ የፖስፓርት እደላ ስራ መጀመሩ ይታወቃል፡፡ ድርጅቱ የተቀላጠፈ አገልግሎት በመስጠት የደንበኞች እንግልት ሣይደርስባቸው እደላውን ለማከናወን የተለያዩ የመፍትሄ አቅጣጫዎች እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡ ከዚህ ቀደም በአዲስ አበባ በዋናው ፖስታ ቤት ብቻ ይካሄድ የነበረው እደላ ከአዲስ አበባ ውጭም በደሴ፣ በመቀሌ፣ በባህርዳር፣ በጅማ፣ በድሬዳዋ እና በሃዋሣ ከተሞች እንዲታደል የተደረገ ሲሆን በአዲስ አበባ ከተማም ከዋናው ፖስታ ቤት በተጨማሪ በአራዳ ፖስታ ቤት እና በልደታ ፖስታ ቤት ማደል ተጀምሯል፡፡ ከጊዜ ወደጊዜ እየጨመረ የመጣውን የፓስፖርት ተቀባይ ቁጥር መጨመር አስመልክቶ፤ በእደላው ስርዓት መጨናነቅ እና ወረፋ መጠበቅ እንዳይኖር ምቹ የሆኑ አሰራሮችን ድርጅቱ መዘርጋቱ ታውቋል፡፡ በተለይ በቅርብ ጊዜያት ወደአረብ አገራት የሚደረጉ ጉዞዎች በመከፈታቸው የፓስፖርት አውጪዎች ቁጥር ጨምሯል፡፡ በመሆኑም ባለው ግምት መሰረት በቀን 4000 ፓስፖርት ተቀባይን በዋናው ፖስታ ቤት ለማስተናገድ የሚያስችለውን አሰራር ዘርግቷል፡፡ የደንበኞች ወረፋ መጠበቂያ መጠለያ በተጨማሪነት ተዘጋጅቷል፣ የቅድሚያ ክፍያ ስርዓት ተዘርግቷል፣ የፓስፖርት አዳይ ቁጥሮችን በተለይ በዋናው ፓስታ ቤት ከአምስት ወደ አስር እንዲጨምር ተደርጓል፣ ጠዋት ከ12፡30 ጀምሮ የምሳ ሰዓትን ጨምሮ ለመስራት ዝግጅት በተደረገው መሰረት የእደላው ስራ እየተሰራ ይገኛል፡፡ የተለያዩ የጽሁፍ ማስታወቂያዎችን እንዲሁ በማዘጋጀት በመለጠፍ ደንበኞች የተሟላ መረጃ እንዲኖራቸው ተደርጓል፡፡ ከዚህ በተጨማሪም በድምጽ ማጉያ የተለያዩ መልዕክቶች ለማስተላለፍ ዝግጅት እንደተደረገ ይገኛል፡፡ በአዲስ አበባ ውስጥ ካሉት ሦስት የእደላ ማከናወኛ ቅርንጫፎች በተጨማሪ አዲስ የእደላ ጣቢያዎች ለመክፈትም ታቅዷል፡፡ ከዋናው ፖስታ ቤት ውጪ ባሉ የእደላ ስራውን የሚያከናውኑ ቅርንጫፍ ፖስታ ቤቶች እና ዞን ፖስታ ቤቶችም መሰል አደጋዎችንና የጤና ጉዳዮችን በቅንጅት ለመከላከል እና ለመቀነስ የሚያስችሉ የተለያዩ ፕሮግራሞች ተከብሯል፡፡ በቀረበው ሪፖርት እንደተገለፀው የሙያ ደህንነትና ጤንነት ረቂቅ ፖሊሲና መመሪያ መጽደቁ፣ ዓመታዊ የጤና ምርመራ የሚያስፈልጋቸው 200 ሰራተኞች ተመርጠው ምርመራ ማድረጋቸው፤የጅምር የእሣት ማጥፊያ መሣሪያዎች እድሣት መደረግ፣ ለ25 ሰራተኞች የመጀመሪያ ህክምና እርዳታ አሰጣጥ ዙሪያ ስልጠና መሰጠቱ ወዘተ በሪፖርቱ ከቀረቡት ውስጥ ይገኛሉ፡፡ የዓለም የስራ ድርጅት ባፀደቀው የስምምነት መሰረት ማንኛውም ሰራተኛ ጤንነቱ እና ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀ የስራ ቦታ ላይ የመስራት መብቱ የተጠበቀ መሆኑን ይገልፃል፡፡ በአሁኑ ጊዜ የስራ ቦታ ደህንነት ጉዳይ ከጦርነት በላይ አስጊ የሆነ ሲሆን በየቀኑ ከ6 , 300 በላይ ሰራተኞች በአደጋ ምክንያት ህይወታቸውን ያጣሉ፡፡ በዓመት 317 ሚሊዮን ሰራተኞች ላይ የስራ ቦታ አደጋ የሚደርስ ሲሆን በዚህ ምክንያትም 4% ያህል የጂዲፒ ወጪ እንደሚያስከትል በአሉን አስመልክቶ የተሰራጨ በራሪ ወረቀት ያስረዳል፡፡ መልዕክት ለማሰራጨት ከቻይና ኩባኒያ ጋር ውል ተፈረመ የኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ አገልግሎት ድርጅት የአገልግሎቱን ዘርፍ በማስፋት ደንበኞች የተሟላ አገልግሎት እንዲያገኙ የተለያዩ ዘዴዎችን እየቀየሰ ተግባር ላይ በማዋል ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ድርጅቱ ያለውን አቅም በማየትም ድርጅቶች አብረው ለመስራት የጋራ ስምምነት እየፈረሙ ይገኛሉ፡፡ የዚሁ አካል የሆነ ስምምነት በኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ አገልግሎት ድርጅት እና ia ኤክስፕረስ ከተባለ ቻይና በቀል ከሆነ የኢኮሜርስ ካምፓኒ ጋር የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ተፈርሟል፡፡ ia ኤክስፕረስ በቻይና አገር መሰረቱን በማድረግ የኢ-ኮሜርስ ስራ የሚሰራ ድርጅት ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ በኩል ወደ ኢትዮጵያ እና በአፍሪካ ይደረጋል፡፡ በፊርማው ስነስርዓት ላይ የኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ አገልግሎት ድርጅት ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ እንደተናገሩ የገጠር የኮሙኒኬሽን ማዕከላትን ጨምሮ ከ3000 በላይ የአገልግሎት መስጪያ ያለው ድርጅት በመሆኑ ሁለቱም ወገኖች ተጠቃሚ ይሆናሉ ብለዋል፡፡ ia ኤክስፕረስ በኩል ፊርማቸውን ያኖሩት የድርጅቱ ስራ አስኪያጅ ዶ/ር
